Our development teams span across Denmark, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and India, collaborating seamlessly from offices or remote locations. The team we hope you will be joining is located in a vibrant international hub – a modern science park operated by Technical University of Denmark (DTU) – Agern Alle 5 A, 2970 Hørsholm.

We Are Looking For:
We’re ramping up our development activities and need an IT Project Manager to be the ultimate bridge between the clients, business and tech teams. Your mission is to ensure project success criterias are met according to the commitments and milestones, while ensuring customer communication is aligned and to the point by confidently owning the scope of deliverables.
Your Profile:
- You’re not just an IT Project Manager – you’re an IT Project Superhero.
- With enthusiasm, commitment, and a can-do attitude, you’re outgoing and maintain a great sense of humor.
- You take responsibility for the project scope, your tasks, master processes, and enthusiastically venture beyond your comfort zone to make a difference.
- You have more than 3 years of experience with agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM.
- You have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate creativity, uncertainty, courage, and flexibility across different cultures.
- You have a deep understanding of digital disciplines, from technical refinement to digital marketing.
- You have previously worked with international online teams.
- You are proficient in using the Office/Google package, JIRA, Slack and you are open to embrace new IT systems.
- We expect you to be confident in both written and spoken English, our working language. Proficiency in Danish is a plus but not a must.
- You have a knack for managing a few projects simultaneously and independently.
- You are thriving in a high-paced, agile and multitasking environment.
- Bonus points if you drive an EV yourself 🙂
Your Responsibilities in Detail:
- Support Sales team with presale business analysis and preparation of technical content for the contract.
- Customer communication and stakeholder management.
- Project management incl. resource management, risk management, reporting, preparation and verification of project handover.
- Keep scrum boards in JIRA updated, describing and updating tasks with lead developers and product owners.
- Budgets and timeplan preparation and following up.
- Collection and preparation of evaluations and project learnings.
- Further business development and establishment of customer relations.
